Overview

The Add Stakeholder feature enables organization users to manage stakeholders efficiently by selecting targets from a target list and associating them with stakeholder names. Users can view, add, or remove stakeholders and see an overview in the dashboard.

Steps to Add a Stakeholder

  1. Navigate to the Stakeholder Management Section:

    • Go to 'Organization' section of your main account dashboard.

  1. Add a New Stakeholder:

    • Click on the 'Add Stakeholder' button.

    • Select the target(s) from the provided target list.

    • Enter the name of the stakeholder.

    • Save the details to add the stakeholder.

  2. View Existing Stakeholders:

    • In the Stakeholder Management section, you will see a table labeled 'Existing Stakeholders'.

    • This table displays the stakeholder names and the associated targets.

  3. Remove a Stakeholder:

    • To remove a stakeholder, select the stakeholder from the 'Existing Stakeholders' table.

    • Click on the 'Remove' button next to the stakeholder's name.

    • Confirm the removal when prompted.

Dashboard Overview

  • Vulnerability Counts by Stakeholder:

    • The dashboard will provide an overview of vulnerabilities by stakeholder.

    • This section reflects the stakeholder name and the number of targets assigned in P1 to P5 categories.

    • Each target status (open, accepted, rejected) will be displayed for better visibility.

Managing Stakeholders

  • Changing Targets:

    • To change the targets assigned to a stakeholder, select the stakeholder from the 'Existing Stakeholders' table.

    • Click on the 'Edit Targets' button.

    • Modify the target selection and save the changes.

Best Practices

  • Regular Review of Stakeholders:

    • Periodically review the list of stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

    • Update target assignments and remove inactive or unnecessary stakeholders to maintain clarity and organization.

  • Detailed Target Assignment:

    • Carefully select targets for stakeholders to ensure clear responsibility and accountability.

    • Use the 'Vulnerability Counts by Stakeholder' overview to monitor and manage stakeholder performance effectively.

By following these steps and best practices, you can efficiently manage stakeholders within your organization, ensuring clear oversight and accountability for various targets and vulnerabilities.
