The Add Alias feature allows the main account/parent organization to manage alias sub-organizations efficiently. With this feature, you can add new aliases, view existing aliases, delete aliases, and assign roles to alias users.
Login as Alias
From Organization Login Page goto Alias login:

Navigate to the Alias Management Section:
Go to the 'Organization' section of your main account dashboard.
Add a New Alias:
Click on the 'Add Alias' button.
Enter the email address of the alias you want to add.
Select the role for the alias user (Viewer/Editor).
View Existing Aliases:
In the Alias Management section, you will see a list of all existing alias sub-organization emails.
Each entry will display the email address and the assigned role (Viewer/Editor).
Delete an Alias:
To remove an alias, select the alias from the list.
Click on the 'Delete' button next to the alias email.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Assign Roles to Alias Users:
Roles can be assigned or changed during the alias addition process or later from the Alias Management section.
Viewer: Has privileges to view reports and other data.
Editor: Can make necessary changes or edits.
Viewer:
Can view all reports and data associated with the organization.
Cannot make any changes or edits.
Editor:
Can view all reports and data.
Has the ability to make changes and edits to the data and reports.
Changing Roles:
To change the role of an existing alias, select the alias from the list.
Click on the 'Category' button wrt that user.
Choose the new role (Viewer/Editor) and save the changes.
Regularly Review Alias Users:
Periodically review the list of alias users to ensure that only authorized personnel have access.
Update roles and remove inactive or unnecessary aliases to maintain security.
Assign Appropriate Roles:
Assign the 'Editor' role only to users who need to make changes.
Use the 'Viewer' role for users who only need access to view reports and data.
By following these steps and best practices, you can efficiently manage alias sub-organizations, ensuring secure and organized access to your organization's resources.
